Surat is the global epicenter of India's textile weaving, manufacturing, and trading industry. With tens of thousands of Airjet, Waterjet, Rapier, and Jacquard looms operating 24 hours a day across industrial clusters like Saroli, Pipodara, Sachin GIDC, Kim, and Ring Road, the city produces the world's most intricate fabrics.
However, despite multi-crore investments in high-speed looms, mill owners were historically held back by traditional, manual operational methods. Weaver logbooks were filled with guesswork, shift pick counts were recorded with hours of delay, and expensive personal computers installed in dusty shed environments frequently crashed.
Through extensive shop-floor research alongside experienced weavers, TextilesFlow ERP was founded to bridge the gap between heavy textile machinery and cutting-edge cloud software: creating a single unified platform where mill owners can manage, earn, and grow their textile empire.
